Company-Owned Content: All intellectual property rights to the content created by Provizz, including but not limited to videos, scripts, edits, VFX effects, and other artistic works, are the exclusive property of Provizz.
Client Content: Provizz does not have the right to distribute client content but retains copyright as a production house for all content created on behalf of the client.
Client Usage Rights: Clients are granted a non-exclusive, limited license to use the content created by Provizz for the purposes specified in their contracts.
Restrictions: Clients are prohibited from altering, distributing, selling, or using the content for purposes other than those specified in the contract without prior written consent from Provizz.
Grant of License: Upon signing a contract, Provizz grants clients a non-exclusive, limited license to use the created content for the purposes outlined in the contract.
Termination of License: Provizz reserves the right to terminate the license if the client breaches any terms of the contract.
Third-Party Rights: Provizz respects the intellectual property rights of third parties and does not tolerate infringement. Any third-party content used in Provizz productions is licensed according to the terms set by the rights holders.
Use of Licensed Content: All third-party content used in productions is done so in accordance with the licensing terms and restrictions provided by the respective rights holders.
Reporting Infringements: If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed by content on the site or created by Provizz, please contact us at admin@provizz.com with all necessary details of your claim.
Response to Infringements: Provizz will review all reports of infringement and take necessary actions, which may include removing the infringing content and taking legal action if necessary.
Work for Hire: All work created by employees and contractors of Provizz during the course of their employment or engagement is considered “work for hire” and is the exclusive property of Provizz.
Assignment of Rights: Employees and contractors agree to assign any rights they may have in the created work to Provizz.
Confidential Information: Both Provizz and its clients agree to keep all confidential information disclosed during the course of the project secure and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
Policy Updates: Provizz reserves the right to make changes to this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email.
Acceptance of Changes: Continued use of the content following changes to the policy will be deemed acceptance of the new terms.
