Provizz aims to provide the highest quality of service to our clients. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where refunds or cancellations are necessary. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations.
Full Refund: If a client cancels their order after signing the contract, Provizz will refund 100% of the amount paid within 30 business days.
Project-Specific Refunds: Refunds for ongoing projects will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If work has commenced, Provizz will assess the amount of work completed and determine a fair refund based on the remaining uncompleted work.
Pre-Project Commencement: Clients may cancel their order at any time before the commencement of work on the project. In such cases, a full refund will be provided as per the above-mentioned conditions.
Post-Project
Commencement: Once the project has started, cancellations will be subject to an assessment of the work completed. Provizz will provide a partial refund based on the remaining uncompleted work.
Subscription Contracts: For subscription-based contracts, clients may cancel their subscription with 30 days’ notice. Any prepaid amounts for the subscription period beyond the cancellation date will be refunded on a prorated basis.
Before Project Commencement: Clients can request changes to their order at any time before the work on the project begins. These changes will be accommodated without additional charges, provided they do not significantly alter the scope of the project.
After Project
Commencement: Changes requested after the project has commenced will be evaluated and may incur additional costs. Provizz will provide an updated quote and timeline for the requested changes.
Up to $2500: For amounts up to $2500, 100% payment is required before starting work on the project.
Up to $10000: For amounts up to $10000, 50% payment is required before starting work, and the remaining 50% is due upon completion.
Exceeding $10000: For amounts exceeding $10000, payments will be made in stages according to the terms specified in the contract.
Provizz guarantees 100% quality in our services. If the client is not satisfied with the quality of the delivered content, Provizz will make reasonable efforts to address and rectify the issues within the scope of the original project agreement.
Provizz is committed to the protection of personal data. All client information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy, ensuring confidentiality and security.
Updates: Provizz reserves the right to update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email.
Acceptance of Changes: Continued use of Provizz’s services following changes to the policy will be deemed acceptance of the new terms.
